Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash blueberries and drain peaches. Spread on paper toweling and set aside. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, cut in butter and set aside. Mix muffin batter according to package instructions. Spread batter in a lined 8” square pan. Top with blueberries and peach slices. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the fruit. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
