Sheet Pan Ravioli with Tomatoes and Zucchini

Preheat oven to 400. On a large baking sheet covered in parchment, add the ravioli, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to cover and spread evenly on the baking sheet. Note that if everything is too close it won’t get crispy! Bake for 18 minutes or until the ravioli begin to brown on the edges. Add the cheese, fresh basil and more salt and pepper to taste.
