Looking for a dessert that is easy AND impressive? Hollow out 4 large navel oranges and fill with orange sorbet. Freeze for 4 hours, then top with a basic meringue. Pop in the oven at 425 for 5 minutes! BBTP TIP: mix a couple tablespoons of Cointreau in the sorbet for a boooooozy finish 🍊🥂

1. Hollow out 4 large navel oranges. 
2. (Optional) For a boozy finish, mix a couple tablespoons of Cointreau into the orange sorbet. 
3. Fill the hollowed oranges with the orange sorbet.
4. Freeze for 4 hours. 
5. Once frozen, top the sorbet-filled oranges with a basic meringue. 
6. Pop in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 5 minutes until the meringue is lightly browned.
