Caramel Cream Pie with Pretzel Graham Cracker Crust

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients for the crust, and press into a prepared pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, dolce de leche, and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until just combined. Spread filling into pie crust. Top with any remaining dolce de leche, and use a knife to create a swirl pattern.
