A delicious Cracker Jack Ice Cream bar featuring a Cracker Jack crust, luscious vanilla ice cream, flaked coconut, mini chocolate chips, and an almond butter honey sauce.
Pulverize Cracker Jack, honey & peanut butter in food processor.
Push into coconut oil greased 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Push 1 quart of softened vanilla ice cream down evenly over the crust.
Pop in freezer For 10 mins.
In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt 1 part almond butter to 2 parts honey until drippy.
Drizzle sauce over the ice cream and add toppings if desired, return to the freezer for at least 4 hours! ENJOY!
