This German Eiskaffee is not as sweet as you would think and SO delicious! Made with coffee, vanilla ice cream, fresh whip and chocolate shavings – a perfect dinner party dessert.
Using a standing or hand mixer beat cream until stiff peaks form. Pour 1 cup of coffee into 4 tall glasses. Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each and a quarter of the whipped cream. Use a peeler to top with milk chocolate shavings.
