I’ve been wanting to make Brigadeiros ever since I tried my first one at the Queens Night Market a couple of years ago. When I found these Halloween sprinkles at Target I knew this would be the moment… You can find recipes for Brigadeiro all over, this is the standard one that I used.

1 oz butter

1 sprinkles

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

In a saucepan, melt the butter, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder. Stir consistently until it’s thickened to a fudge-like consistency. Pour the mixture onto a plate that’s been greased with a little more butter. Chill for 1 hour before rolling into balls the size of a quarter, dipping each ball into sprinkles as you go.
