Every year we’d get Irish Soda Bread around this time from our church and I always looked forward to it. I avoided making it because it sounds pretty complicated right? Wrong! This recipe is from an Irish cookbook and couldn’t be simpler. Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day 🍀

Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda and sugar. Add raisins and toss. Gradually add buttermilk. Shape dough into a round loaf about 2 inches high; place on floured baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes.
