Mrs.Weasley’s Pumpkin Seed Brittle🎃🍬

In a sauce pot stir the sugar, corn syrup and water over medium-to medium high heat JUST until the sugar melts (3 mins). Turn heat down to medium-low & constantly stir until light brown (12 to 14 mins). Add the butter and allow it to melt, then add the pumpkin seeds. Cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown (3 mins). Add the baking soda, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice stir for 1 more minute. Pour the mixture onto a foil-lined baking sheet that’s ALSO sprayed with Pam. Spread the brittle into an even layer using a rubber spatula (WORK QUICK!). Top with flaky sea salt. Allow Brittle to completely cool, smash into pieces and enjoy!
