It wouldn’t be game day without hot queso in the kitchen! This recipe keeps mine warm in the slow cooker so it’s perfect from kickoff to the end. The secret is to add ground beef seasoned with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak (and a little to the queso itself for extra bold flavor).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season generously with 1 tablespoon Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning. Drain excess fat and add the seasoned beef to a slow cooker. Stir in evaporated milk, diced tomatoes with chiles, cubes of American cheese, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño. Add another 1 1/2 teaspoon of Montreal Steak Seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
