Preheat oven to 325°F. Add your nuts and spices to a bowl; toss to combine. In a separate small bowl, crack your egg white into a bowl; whisk. Add the egg white to the nut mixture, and bake for 30 min; shuffling the nuts with a spatula half way in between. Allow to cool completely before serving.
