Umm MIND BLOWN?! Is this a new discovery or have people known about it for years??

Preheat oven to 400. Wrap the length of the sausage (you should have 2 to wrap if you got the long andouille) in the puff pastry. Seal the edge with egg wash, press to close. Top the roll with more egg wash, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (optional). Make slices, about 1 inch thick. Place on parchment and bake for 15-20 min until brown.
